Our housing program has three services: The first service provides affordable rental apartments. This program helps both newcomers to the USA and low-income American families living in our community. The second service coaches and guides beneficiaries to become homeowners, part of the American dream, and in the process of purchasing and securing their homes. This service would also purchase land(s) to be divided and distributed in several small pieces of land for the construction of affordable houses for the beneficiaries. Just in 2025, we have helped five families to become homeowners in central Massachusetts. The third service is to buy land(s) and build affordable houses for low-income households to buy homes or rent to own. People with special needs will not be left behind they will also have access to this affordable housing program per individual need.
